Please allow your body lotions/creams and perfume to dry before wearing your jewellery, this helps to protect the item and the plating. Please avoid salt-water and showering in them, this way your pieces will look fresher for longer. If you like to layer your jewellery, be mindful that metals might rub against each other which might effect the plating. But most importantly LOVE wearing them, thank you xx

Within 5 working days for UK SHIPPING  – We deliver Monday to Friday excluding public holidays - We use Special-Delivery with the Royal Mail so your item is safely tracked, and we can see our end that it has been signed-for and arrived in one piece too!
When placing an order please make sure that your billing and shipping address details are correct, as will not be able to redirect any products. When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory email. If the item which you have ordered is not currently available we shall advise you as soon as possible including an indication of when it will be back in stock. Please be aware that a signature will be required upon delivery of your order. Also our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please note that in some areas of the United Kingdom and Europe there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavour to send your order out as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.

 RETURNS
When you place an order with us on my-wishbone.com, you are welcome to return any item(s) within 14 days of delivery. Items should be returned, unused and with all garment tags still attached. CUSTOMERS COVER THE COST OF ANY/ALL RETURNING ITEMS, THIS IS NOT COVERED BY THE COMPANY. Our branded boxes are considered to be a part of the product and must be returned with the item(s). This is also to ensure that item(s) arrives back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. You may return your items to us using your own shipper. If you do, please inform us within 14 days of delivery. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the items and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. We cannot be responsible for any loss for any item(s) you have chosen to send.

Refunds
(ALL SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE )
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment upon receipt of returned My-Wishbone goods. We suggest to return My-Wishbone via Royal Mail special delivery which tracks and secures the returned item, which doesn't delay your refund or our returned goods. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
